Is police verification really automated?

In supported states, tenant records are filed to online police verification portals directly from the platform. Elsewhere, we generate the pre-filled forms so a 40-minute job takes 4.

What if a tenant disputes their electricity bill?

Every bill line shows the sub-meter reading, the formula, and the share. Transparency ends the argument before it starts.
